BINGKA ROTI WHOLEMEAL PANDAN
Bhn2: 12 kpg roti wholemeal (carik2kan)
1 cwn gula
1 cwn susu segar
1/2 cwn santan
1 cwn air pandan
2 biji telur
1 cwn tepung gandum
Hiasan : Bijan dn kismis hitam
Cara:
1. Campurkan semua bhn2 kecuali tepung gandum
2. Blend sebati.
3. Lihat kepekatan, klau agak cair tambah tepung dn blend lagi.
4. Mskkn dlm loyang yg telah di sapu mentega.
5. Taburkan bijan dn kismis .
6. bakar dlm oven suhu 180 C selama 50 minit atau sehingga masak.
