BANANA CHOCOLATE MUFFIN

Salam..hai  dah lama tak hntar byk post sejak msk tahun 2012...bukan dh lupa..tak sempat.. hari ni ada kesempatan setelah cuti panjang sempena thn baru Cina..cuba resepi dari kawan lama, Fina Rauf,dia ni terror bab masak2 ni..Sedap rasanya..boleh le cuba...

Ingredients:

275g plain flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large bananas, about 450g
100g brown sugar (original recipe calls for 125g brown caster sugar)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
50ml semi-skimmed milk (I used low fat fresh milk)
75g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
50g chocolate chips

Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180degC (350 degF). Line muffin pans with paper muffin cases.
Sieve together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a mixing bowl. Mix in the chocolate chips. Set aside.
Peel the bananas and mash with a fork in a bowl. Add in brown sugar, egg, milk and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. With a wooden spoon or a spatula, gently fold all the ingredients to form a wet batter. Stir gently, using only a few strokes and mix until the flour are incorporate into the batter. DO NOT Over mix. The batter should appear lumpy.
Spoon batter into paper muffin cases. Bake for 20mins until muffins turn golden brown or a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Let cool on a wire rack. Serve warm or cold.

KEK KARAMEL...yg sebenarnya..(pembetulan post lepas)

Salam Jumaat.. lama dah tk update..busy lah sikit semenjak sekolah buka ni...post ni just nak buat pembetulan..hehehe...nk gelak sorang2 dulu..kek ni adalah pembetulan versi lepas yg salah salin resepi..kali ni "lebih betul" wlaupun tak cantik sgt.. bawa ke skolah..jamu kwn2..tapi kena baiki sikit.. Yg brminat nk cuba..boleh ambil resepi ni....ambil dr blog somebody..harap di izinkan ya..Tkasih.

Bahan-bahan
Loyang saiz 7x7

(A) - Bahagian Gula Hangus
2 sudu besar gula (utk bt gula hangus)
*tabur gula dlm loyang n msk ats api perlahan..biar gula hancur n wrna tukar jd perang) biarkan dia sejuk after dah perang.


(B) - Bahagian Atas (Karamel)
1/2 tin susu cair FN...(blh tmbah klu nk karamel tebal ckit)
70gm gula kastor
1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
3 bj kuning telur...(klu tmbah susu cair kena tmbah gak kuning telur)


(C) - Lapisan Kek
140gm tepung gandum
70gm gula kastor
3 bj kuning telur
135ml air biasa
1 sudu teh baking powder (guna sudu KFC)
45ml minyak msk (kita guna minyak mazola)

(D) - Cara Buat Merinque
6 biji putih telur
70gm gula kastor
1 sudu teh krim of tartar (guna sudu KFC)


Cara membuatnya:
1. Kacau semua bhn (B) perlahan2...jgn bg berbuih2...nti x jd karamelnye...
2. masukkan (B) td dlm loyang gula hangus tadi.
3. pukul bahan (C)
4. pukul sampai bhn (D) smpai jd kembang dan gebu...
5. campurkan adunan (C) + (D) dan gaul ngan senduk hingga sebati..
6. bahgikan kpd beberapa bhgian n tak warna n paste klu nk..
7. masukkan kedlm loyang yg td..
8. Bakar cara double boiling - selama 1jam suhu 160-180C
9. Bila msk angkat n rest 10 minit br t'balik kan kek yg dibakar tadi...
10.Masukkan dlm peti sejuk 1jam n lepas 2 mkn sejuk2...sedap...tahan dlm peti ais 5 hari tau....
